Leadership Team

He brings with him over 20 years experience as the Head of Pathology and Medical Laboratory Director of a multihospital pathology practice and executive leadership as head and active member of numerous hospital committees.

He coordinates the various departmental Multidisciplinary Cancer Conferences of a large hospital network in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. In his role as Medical Director of Pathology Diagnostic Services, Dr. Aduana will oversee the integration of newer technologies such as digital imaging for implementation of best pathology practices and improved delivery of patient care.

As Chairman of the Board, she spearheads the mission to foster better collaboration between patients, healthcare providers, and institutions to improve access to good healthcare, create better outcomes, and elevate the standard of healthcare delivery.

She brings with her a depth of experience as a medical consultant, including the creation and directorship of multiple neonatal intensive care hospital units, pediatric and emergency management, as well as a passion grounded in her background as being both a patient and caretaker for individuals with complex medical difficulties. Having been on both sides of medical management, she has envisioned the creation of healthcare delivery and management with greater access and efficiency using newer technologies and the expertise of well-qualified physicians and healthcare institutions.
